Our protocols for Coronavirus (COVID-19)
All patients will be screened at the door for signs and symptoms of Covid-19 prior to entering the office. This is for the safety of our patients and staff.
If you have upper respiratory symptoms, please call our office before visiting: (615) 255-7902.
We encourage patients upper respiratory symptoms to utilize our telemedicine app to schedule a virtual visit with a provider. MOST insurance companies are allowing us to bill these visits as a regular office visit.
Our office remains open for standard visits during regular business hours. We will continue to see walk-ins and are now scheduling appointments. Please call before visiting: (615) 255-7902 or email office@thirdandchurchhealthcare.com.
We have processes in place to promptly identify, mask and place patients who have cold-like symptoms in a room separate from others to further minimize exposure. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting practices, and we’re carefully monitoring our inventory and supplies to ensure our teams have what they need to provide care safely. We’re also assessing the health of every team member several times throughout the day, starting at the beginning of each shift.

Anyone exhibiting life-threatening symptoms such as significant difficulty breathing, especially at rest, should call 911 or visit their local emergency room.
Again, we do NOT currently test for COVID-19 in our office. We will update this page as more information is available.
