We are taking every precaution with coronavirus (COVID-19). We remain open during regular business hours, but encourage patients to schedule a virtual visit.

We are not testing for coronavirus at this location.

If you have upper respiratory symptoms, please call our office 615-255-7902 or download our telemedicine app. Many major insurances are covering these visits during this crisis.

Your health and the stability of our healthcare system are our top priorities.

As we continue to monitor and adapt to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure you and your families’ healthcare needs can still be safely and conveniently met. As such, we have adjusted our office visit protocols and increased our telemedicine capabilities to focus on remote care.  At this time most insurance companies are covering telemedicine visits like normal office visits so you could only owe your copay at time of service (deductibles and co-insurance applies as well. Please see your individual insurance plans for details).

Our two objectives during this time are to continue providing care to our patients and to help alleviate the strain on major medical facilities and emergency rooms by remaining open for standard medical procedures.

What this means for our patients:

SCHEDULE A VIRTUAL VISIT

We are encouraging patients to use our mobile app to conduct a virtual visit and communicate directly with a provider remotely.

This system was in place prior to the outbreak of COVID-19 and is convenient, secure, and vetted.

We can remotely assess and treat many non-emergency conditions, such as sinus infections, rashes, nausea, insect bites, bladder and urinary tract infections, prescription refills and more.

Our physical clinic remains open for non-emergency procedures such as stitches and X-rays, but please call 615-255-7902 before your visit.

REVISED OFFICE PROTOCOLS

We ask that any individual experiencing Coronavirus symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) Call The Tennessee Dept. of Health coronovirus hotline at 8778572945 for further instruction on or about possible testing. IF you feel your symptoms are an emergency please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

All on-site patients will be screened at the door for coronavirus-like symptoms, at that point we can determine what mode to treat you or if we need to direct you to an alternate testing facility. This is for the safety of our patients and providers.

If appropriate, we will treat you at the clinic per our usual procedures.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
